SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders within Australia. We ship from Sydney with Australia Post.

Kindly note that due to COVID-19 postage delays we cannot guarantee next day delivery for the Express Shipping as we are unable to commit to this timeframe. For that we do not offer Express Shipping to our customers.

Once you place the order, it will take one business day to get the order prepared and ready to send.

 

Expected delivery timeframes as per Australia Post:

NSW, QLD, VIC: 3-7 business days

ACT, NT: 3-11 business days

SA: 4-6 business days

WA: 6-8 business days

Tasmania: 5-7 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Australia Post with a tracking number and ongoing status of your shipment till it is delivered.

HESHMA is not responsible for any lost or damaged item delivered by Australia Post as we disclaim our responsibility once the order is handed to Australia Post.

We also ship worldwide with flat rates. You can check the shipping relevant rates in checkout

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your new purchase from HESHMA, unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot exchange nor refund your purchase. We highly recommend our customers to select their preferred colour and design carefully before placing the order.
